Billing Policies

It is our policy to collect payment, including any health insurance deductibles and/or co-insurance amounts, at the time of service unless you have made special arrangements with our billing staff. If your insurance plan has a co-pay, your insurance carrier requires that we collect it from you at the time of service.

We are contracted with most large insurance carriers as a courtesy for our patients; however, we always suggest you check with your insurance company to verify that our physicians are participating providers in your plan. Please see the list of major insurance carriers that we accept or call us to verify that your insurance is one we can bill. If you have questions about our fees or the insurance companies with which we contract, please contact our insurance staff at (985) 446-2680, extension 1601.
